Areas of Responsibility:

  • Analyze, design, and implement total benefit strategies including alternative funding, self-funding, captives, and Rx carve-outs
  • Communicate trends and marketplace changes to educate clients with updates in the healthcare industry
  • Perform analysis of renewals, claims experience, plan performance, rating methodologies, and benefit administration
  • Developing strategic Client Service Plans
  • Administer and educate on new wellness initiates/best practices including physician engagement and disease management
  • Deliver client education including recommendations for plan design changes, funding alternatives, and contribution strategies.
  • Direct and manage Alliant’s Healthcare Analytics team
  • Give direction to clients on enrollment communication strategies
  • Provide updates to healthcare reform support and consultation
  • Educate clients in cost differentials and market trends within Pharmacy Benefit Manager space
  • Provide updates to human resource personnel in plan design changes, new benefit implementations, and insurance carrier administration capabilities
